Scaling Between BFCM and Q5

How are you approaching this next two weeks and trying to scale if the client no longer has a holiday offer?

Here are a few things we are focusing on with our clients as we push through this last two weeks before shipping deadlines:

  1. Pushing urgency with the shipping deadline for delivery by Christmas

  2. Pushing other value-adds to purchasing with the brand (i.e., free returns, free shipping over a certain amount, free express shipping (once past the standard shipping cutoff for delivery by Christmas), free gift with purchase, or even free gift wrapping (if available).

  3. Pushing the idea of stocking stuffer and last-minute gift ideas

  4. Reminders that your products are “in stock and ready to ship”

  5. Existing evergreen creative is still continuing to perform post BFCM (and did so over that weekend for many of our accounts)

  6. Focusing on creative that highlights features/benefits with great creative

  7. Gift yourself messaging (especially if you’re past your shipping deadline, or for during Q5 with Christmas $$)
