Andrew Foxwell, Co-Founder
Andrew grew up on a farm in western Wisconsin and graduated from St. Olaf College. He then worked as a Windows server engineer and as a digital director for a U.S. Congressional campaign, which later led him to Washington, DC to work as a press secretary. Andrew then founded and managed the social media marketing agency within iConstituent, the leading online communications firm working with Congress. Andrew worked with members and staffs from both sides of the aisle to deepen Congressional dialogue, improve constituent services, and create a more effective 21st century democracy.
In 2012, Andrew took his skillset to Silicon Valley where he directed the social division of 3Q Digital, a full-service online marketing firm. There he tripled the agency’s social media client base and managed a team of account managers and production professionals. Andrew and Gracie co-founded Foxwell Digital in 2013.
Andrew co-hosts the Ecommerce Influence podcast and is a regular guest on Jon Loomer's Social Media Pubcast. His interests include kayaking, wearing flannel, and cheering on the Packers.
Gracie Foxwell, Co-Founder
Gracie grew up in central Illinois and spent the majority of her youth reading library books on the otherwise uninteresting school bus ride. After graduating cum laude from Saint Mary’s College, Gracie worked as an English teacher in Rome, Italy then moved to Washington, DC and joined the Foreign Policy development team at The Brookings Institution. There she wrote and edited grant proposals and successfully solicited new funding for the $25 million program. Gracie then worked as a strategic partnerships officer at The Keystone Center, where she personally managed grant writing, reporting, and programmatic planning while also advising the CEO on institutional strategic planning, marketing, and administration.
Gracie is the co-author and editor of The Land of Milk and Uncle Honey, which was published by University of Illinois Press in 2015. Her interests include traveling, collecting new cookbooks, and enjoying most any glass of Pinot Noir.
Wingra joined the Foxwell Digital team as an unpaid intern in 2016 and she has yet to be promoted, which doesn’t bother her in the slightest. Named after her favorite Madison lake, Wingra spends most of the day napping under Andrew or Gracie’s desk, as well as keeping a watchful eye on the neighborhood squirrel population. She prides herself on her unparalleled loyalty to the family business.
