01 — What you get

Operator-grade answers, not vendor talking points.

The Foxwell Founders is where the people running real spend actually argue out what works. Foxwell MCP gives your AI tool direct access to that argument — cited, current, and trained on no one’s pitch deck.

01 / Knowledge

The actual conversation.

Six years of Slack threads, expert AMAs, podcast transcripts, and shared articles — indexed and searchable, with sources.

02 / Integration

Drop-in MCP server.

One JSON entry in your client config. Works with Claude Desktop, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and any MCP-compatible host.

03 / Always fresh

Daily ingestion.

New Slack discussions, podcast episodes, and curated posts flow in every night. You query today, not last quarter.

04 / Self-service

You own the keys.

Magic-link portal to rotate tokens, see usage, and cancel. Stripe Customer Portal for billing. No support ticket required.

02 — How it works

From checkout to first query in under five minutes.

No onboarding call, no Slack invite, no waiting on a sales rep. Subscribe, get your token, paste one block of JSON.

Step 01

Subscribe via Stripe.

Monthly recurring. One bearer token per seat — teams just buy multiple. Cancel any time from the customer portal.

Step 02

Receive your token.

Token is revealed once on the success page (copy + store it now — we only keep a hash). Need a new one later? Rotate in the portal.

Step 03

Wire it into your AI tool.

Add the snippet on the right to claude_desktop_config.json (or your Cursor / Claude Code / Codex MCP config). Restart. Done.

claude_desktop_config.json Copy
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "foxwell": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": [
        "-y",
        "mcp-remote",
        "https://foxwell-bot.onrender.com/mcp",
        "--header",
        "Authorization: Bearer fx_live_…"
      ]
    }
  }
}

# Restart your client. Then ask:
# "What does the Foxwell community say about iOS 17 attribution?"
03 — Inside the knowledge base

Five source streams. One queryable corpus.

Everything is embedded, deduplicated, and tagged by source so your AI can cite where an answer came from — thread, episode, or post.

Source · 01

Slack discussions

Public-channel threads from the Foxwell Founders Slack — in-the-weeds debate from people actually running budgets.

500+ operators · 6 years of archive

Expert member notes

Designated practitioners flagged in the system — their answers carry extra weight in retrieval.

Weighted retrieval · named sources

Podcast transcripts

Full transcripts from Scalability School — ad strategy interviews with operators across DTC, agency, and platform.

Curated X & LinkedIn posts

A hand-picked list of operators (not a firehose) — their public posts on Meta, Google, TikTok, and the wider performance ecosystem get pulled in daily.

Named accounts only · original posts & quote-tweets
Source · 05

Shared articles & resources

Every link shared in Slack gets scraped, cleaned, and ingested. Vendor blog posts, court filings, platform changelogs — whatever the community is reading.

Auto-scraped · full-text searchable
Coverage

Use it for ad strategy research, MMM & incrementality questions, creative testing playbooks, platform-specific tactics (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, etc.), agency operations, hiring norms, vendor due diligence, and the boring-but-load-bearing questions you can’t find anywhere else.

04 — Who it’s for

Not ready to join the Founders community? Get the knowledge without the seat.

Members get the chat. Subscribers get the corpus. Same data, different surface area — designed for the people who’d rather query than scroll.

In-house

Performance marketers

You own paid acquisition at a brand and need real operator opinion before you light a budget on fire.

Agency

Boutique agency owners

Five-to-twenty-person shops who want senior-level reasoning available to everyone on the team without paying for everyone’s seat.

Solo

Freelancers & consultants

You ship across multiple accounts and don’t have a Slack to ping when a niche platform question comes up at 11 PM.

Builders

AI tool builders

Wire the Foxwell corpus into your own agentic stack, internal tools, or co-pilots — cited grounding for paid-media reasoning.

05 — Frequently asked

The short answers.

Anything we haven’t covered? Email hello@foxwelldigital.com.

Q.01 What actually is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting AI clients like Claude Desktop, Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to external data sources. You add the Foxwell server to your client config once, and from then on your AI can query our knowledge base in-context, with cited sources — no copy-pasting.
Q.02 How is this different from joining the Foxwell Founders Slack?
Members get the live community: real-time chat, events, the network. MCP subscribers get programmatic access to the knowledge that conversation has produced — queryable from inside any AI tool. Different products, same source material. If you want the room, join the Founders. If you want the corpus, subscribe here.
Q.03 How does team / multi-seat pricing work?
One bearer token = one seat. For now, teams just buy multiple subscriptions — each person gets their own token, their own usage stats, their own rotation. No team-plan complexity, no per-seat-discount haggling. If you need bulk procurement (10+ seats), email us and we’ll handle it directly.
Q.04 How secure is my token? What if I leak it?
We store only a hash of your token, never the raw value. Every request is rate-limited per token, every call is logged. If you suspect a leak, log into the portal and click “Rotate Token” — the old one is dead immediately, the new one is live within seconds.
Q.05 Can I cancel? Are there refunds?
Cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal — one click. Your token stays live through the end of the current billing period plus a 7-day grace, then expires. We don’t do pro-rated refunds, but you keep access for what you paid for.
Q.06 Is the data private? Are my queries used to train anything?
Queries are logged for rate-limiting and abuse detection. They are not sold, shared, or used to train any model. The knowledge base itself is read-only on your end — you can’t modify the corpus, and the corpus has no idea you exist beyond an opaque token id.
06 — Pricing

One plan. One price. Cancel any time.

We don’t do Starter / Growth / Enterprise theater. Everyone gets the full corpus, the full rate-limit, and the full self-service portal.
